Such a beautiful read. I love how you reignited your creativity by trying new things. I am trying to allow myself to have that curious and free of expectations mind of starting something new - in my regular practice. It’s not easy but so worth the effort.

And your pots are lovely! ☺️

Thank you so much Ela! It can be really hard to break out of what we're used to and try something new, but so rewarding. I hope you can find ways to work that curiosity into your practice.

I love this and relate to this so much! I know how stunted my creativity has been when I’ve burnt myself out in my 9-5. I love that you’re leaning into your photography and trying ceramics. It’s so nourishing for our brains to give time to what we are meant to do.❤️

I'm so glad it resonated with you ❤️ And you're so right, making time for creativity and things that we enjoy has such an impact on our mental health.

Loved reading about your experience with finding a fun and restorative hobby! Can relate to this as I’ve started pottery myself two years ago, and I’m so happy to have a hobby where I’m just having fun and not trying to be productive 🤓
